I have been lurking for over a year now. Also have certs in my safety deposit box (remember those days?) Have been accumulating the past 4 weeks at .03 and want to reinforce to all about holding on to what we have. This is good news to all and I can't wait to see what develops over the next several days.

Toast to Happy Days...... Cheers !!!!

One other thing that would be nice! Is if there is a large short position they will probably be scrambling to cover before they drown.

My thoughts.

I was initially disappointed in that the release seems to sound like they have not really settled on much with the companies.

<Management has no indication that these shares of stock are held by these two companies at this time and remains optimistic that this meeting will lead to an early resolution of this issue.>

This is what Eutro has said all along and they still sound unsure about what the situation is regarding the shares these companies are liable for. My first thoughts were that this may still take some amount of time to clear up. The use of the "ongoing" negotiations does put me at ease somewhat though.

A second thought is that they are holding off, as someone else mentioned, reporting until they get the shares back so that there are substantially more earnings per share. It is my estimate that we are looking at .01-.02 EARNINGS per share, not revenue, with the current number of outstanding shares. A 20% reduction would give us 20% more that we could gain and increase the earnings per share.

Finally, another thing to consider about the timing is that Eutro may be giving the two companies one last chance to come up with the shares before they do release the news on the financials. I hope that this is the reasoning and that they have the confidence that this share issue is very close to being settled with the first 2 entities.

I am glad to see positive movement, I just wish we would get something in the bank finally. As usual, these comments are my opinion.
