Yes, tomorrow is the "big day" when the court orders entities to cover who aren't even mentioned in the supposed lawsuit. Yep, get ready to be disgorged.

When watching tomorrow's action, keep in mind that AZNT is delinquent in their filings and thus none of the millions of restricted shares can be sold, and AZNT is acting as their own TA which means they have total control of all trades. I'm quite disappointed in our lawyers, Huntem and Beatem for not doing same for FBNA. But, then again, I know of not a single person who has sold even a single share of FBNA so I guess I can't complain.
