I love this chain of restaurants, and their growth plans have seemed pretty modest and manageable. Is that the reason the COO got canned a month ago? Was he being blamed for not growing revenue fast enough?

My fear is that there is something more to the big sell-off than what makes it on the news wires... On the other hand, the sell-off could be just another case of small-caps getting unduly hammered.

Thoughts?

Jean-Pierre,

The restaurant sector as a whole has been hammered this year. I saw a list recently of about 40 restaurant stocks, all at least 40% off their 52 week high. It seems to me that this will change, but only when several of these companies start to beat earnings estimates... I do believe that the present price is very attractive, though I am uncertain when things will change for this sector. -Dylan
