Don't get so excited, I've never seen the model, much less its assumptions. Although, it is interesting that this item is being trotted out into the news media. Where is a site that someone does a shot at SPX arb "fair value" (SPX x (1 + 3 mo t-bill rate)^ to the featured December period - dividends) plus a little slop to pull the trade off? Jim Lehere Hour's talking heads are putting the positive spin on. They include that Tyson broad (who finageled her sorry ass into Berkley), some guy named Prakken (?), and that good looking gal from Pru, I believe. Only Lyle Gramley seemed to have his head on straight and after he first spoke, it seemed to temper Tyson and Prakken. Regards, IS
