Joan;

The tape doesn't lie. I am trying to find some confidence to get back in this stock, but there are a couple of things about the stock that are already on the table. They have said they feel comfortable with third quarter, so there is no surprise with this. Volume has expanded on this downtrend, very bad from a technical basis. The market has rebounded nicely since September 1, and this stock has no participated. When BVSN has went down in the past, it was always on very light volume.

I found it interesting that Tom Siebel, CEO of SEBL, had some BVSN that he recently sold. I think we may get some type of pop from the BT Alex Brown conference in a couple weeks, but I just don't see how money managers and institutions can be that stupid and not realize what is going on without some evidence of this downturn other than this report by Schilling.

Joan - as much as I'd like to believe the cc was totally forthcoming and honest, there's a tiny part of me that is skeptical. And though I am heartened that "we have established that they aren't playing fast and loose with accounting procedures..." we haven't lost money, I have.

I've owned bvsn for over a year now and have no reason to be distrustful. That said, this last blip is an anamoly - and as such - is worthy of exploration.

The earnings report will illuminate quite a bit, don't you think?
