Didn't think they had to report grants as insider trades until they were actually exercised...

Usually they stay in the company's treasury until they are exercised, otherwise they are not reported as insider trades.... I know that that they didn't sell them as of the date of the last report, the stock was way below the .94 mark by then...

Money had to trade hands for the Insiders to get them into their personal accounts which forced them to report...

Looks like Keats was whacking out paper at the end of May big time...More than likely new the options were coming down...

But then again what the hell do know...
