Here is an interesting viewpoint from MTEI that is in the final death twitches of its current incarnation. The investors there are angry enough still to be raising money and pressing on with their legal recourses. I hope they get their men. But the reason I post this here is not so much for that as the characterization of the process they are pursuing, but TL Comiskey's eloquent description of the bashers role there.
