Hi Ron
Is there any news on the patent?
Is there any chance these POR guys are using any of our tech on their thing? Oops I meant those folks in Idaho or the ones who took the Green Machine apart.

regards
mike

Ron, if POR is using a high temp system, that might explain why they are producing coke in the process. GRNO's low temp system solves that problem. High temp systems also have considerably more danger of fire and explosion, and require lots of safety technology. In addition, I'm very uncertain whether they can have a continuous process if they're producing that much coke--the time spent cleaning must be considerable. I wonder if they're trying to use a batch system, instead of continuous processing? If so, the labor costs will be high in relation to output, and the profitability of the process is in doubt, particularly with low diesel prices. The only thing that's clear at the moment is that they can produce enough product to do material balance tests. There's nothing about costs and profitability, amounts processed on a consistent basis, ability to maintain consistency of output, ability to pass EPA tests, etc. At the moment, there is nothing to suggest that this processor is a serious threat to the GRNO processor, and a lot to suggest that it won't ever be.
