I've been here since late February, and I'm still here. My take on the situation is that our diamond in the rough is exposing some of the growing pains that many small companies face when expanding. I'm confident that the SEC filings will occur, just a little later than expected. We have many things around the globe that are in the early to mid stages of development. It's inevitable in my opinion that eventually we'll get one big-time contract signed. This should set off a chain reaction. There are so many contacts out there that Jimmy has made. It could happen in Russia. It could happen in Australia. It could happen in Indonesia, it could happen in Germany. It could happen in Egypt. It could happen in many more places than these. It's always hardest to get the 1st big one. That's why when you buy stock in this company, you're buying potential. That's why the share price isn't sky high, yet. A year ago, few people knew of DGIV. Many people learned of the potential, and bought stock, like me. DGIV shot up. In the last few months, we've learned that it may take a little longer than many thought for this potential to begin to turn into actual contracts/revenues. Those with little patience sold on the delayed SB10 news. Nothing has changed except people's perception of time. It takes a while for things with an emerging company to develop. Especially when your business dealings are international. I also believe that IP telephony is the sector to bank on. This technology is huge. It can be used anywhere with limited resources. Digitcom can sign a contract with a country or company, and with little investment, make an enormous profit. We're talking about a very lucrative industry here. I'm here to watch Jimmy turn this company with Huge potential into a money machine. I have the confidence that he will be able to do so. And as soon as it happens, I want to be here for the ride. Cause it'll be a wild one. I've seen it before, and I'm looking forward to seeing it again. Dan
