Given Ericy past, I don't think there will be a compromise. Instead, I feel they will "slug" it out with the Q. As for the remainder, such as Lu, Nokia, Motorolla, anything could happen with them. As I read the deal, I think the last CDMAone and CDMA2000 license went to the partnership of US PHillips and Lucent, not the individual respective companies. Although I am not too sure about that.
