Jeff, relax, that is good to have a twist happen on occasion, really. Gads, if you don't sell off all your Maxam Tomorrow; you'll end with possible BR Dirt going thru your MCM ( Maxam Custom Milling ) spin off shares( 1 to 160) and you might even be given 1 for 2 preferred to common that you own and forgot about shares when they have special meetings again and you will have to VOTE early and VOTE ...
