Jim and James, I hope the two of you are correct in that it is already a done deal. Just looking at it from all sides, it seems strange that the companies wouldn't require a blackout of the news until they have a chance to buy back the shares, if that is part of the resolution. Otherwise, they are very exposed in the cost of the agreed upon resolution. Judith

One thing this stock needs is new blood to compete with these 2 companies that are going to be buying in. We have the company, the financials, the free stock, the share issue coming to a head, many more unknown releases, and a host of other possibilites. What we don't have is anyone's attention. One idea would be to start another thread...I can hear the groans . But the idea would be to start the counter at zero again so we would have a chance to get on the hot stocks category. This can't be done with thread of 7000 posts very easy. What do some of you others think...and who is willing to start it? It could be called something like "EUTO AFTER THE SHARE ISSUE" ...Jim
