Freddie: I think it is terrific that you have Randy Malinoff's ear. Please understand that since he arrived communications with the shareholders have deteriorated. The CC's we had were contrived and the content was for the most part a pack of lies, but the stock went to 60¢. Now we are at 7¢. Every investor in this company has lost money. Arif Adam and to a lesser extent, Randy Malinoff, are the overseers of this loss in value. We still don't have audited results for '97. We still do not know how are company is operating today and Arif Adam is incompetent. I do not have any patience. This company should have been on a solid operating basis a long time ago. I'm up to here with the excuses!!!! If you have his ear, great!!! I will support your efforts to find out more. If I can make it to the stockholders meeting I will. It should be a very interesting event. LTBFV, Dick
