Your use tax post and "In America; What Privacy Rights?" are two nits, that I have pointed out on this thread, that are going to hurt AMZN more than one would think. Due to AMZN info collect and distribute, I wouldn't order a book even if they were 5 bucks cheaper.

Then there is the changing landscape of the publishers coming on-line. Like Bert and Penguin. Now they have to walk a fine line on wholesale book seller customers, but I bet they will end up nearly cutting the throats of 'em. Like AMZN. And leave the bricks and mortar alone.

Things to think about.
