Brett, exactly correct. A built in shareholder base that they spin shares off to making us shareholders in the new companies creating immediate exposure. You only need just one of these companies to be successful and its win, win. Company retains shares and their value goes up based on that success. I mention this because of a experience I had a number of years ago with a company that spun off shares as a dividend to shareholders of new public companies. That is one of the reasons I was able to retire early. I received shares in 5 or 6 companies, two of them went into the teens and low 20 dollar range and the company I was invested in went from 1.37 a share to 33dollars.

Who knows Freedom, Cypro, Reddi Form could they be more than we could hope for. It does happen.
