My point concerned praising BB for keeping his listeners fully invested.

I was not suggesting that he give separate advice for tax deferred accounts. The posting I replied to seemed to assume that BB saved all listeners taxes by keeping them fully invested.

It is just not so!!!

Better to pay taxes than lose your shirt. Anyone who fled the market as soon as the Packers lost the Super Bowl will be better off at year's end than than the diehards still in. T.S. Elliot was a half a year off on his famous line--OCTOBER is the cruelest month.
