About KO and DIS, just two stocks which have come into talks. Who in the world made that proposals?

About games with names.
In Austria, my home country it is "forbidden" to use the same or a similar "generic" firm. It means that the company register can refuse an entry of a specific "Firma" as a name for a company if there is either the same as, or a danger of confusing it with another reserved word, in an attempt to mislead the public. The word can be a common term like "flower market" or another company name. Still, the other company has to sue it if the register does not refuse.

Here even Amazon (AMZN, AZNT) and Citadel (CITC,CITN) is used more than once just to name some which I heard of.
