John, I work for a SII division, and there have been rumors flying around everywhere. From what I understand, SLB is interested in the fluid portion of SII, where I work. These are just rumors. I have some SII stock and averaged down when we got to 18 1/2, figuring we could not go much lower. I do not have any insider type information as I am just a worker bee, but do know that we cut head count and positioned ourselves for the current market slide in drilling. All of my information has come from threads on the net and watching our moving averages. Regards,
