If you don't think this stock is worth 3.00 why are you still around??? It's definately worth that on a TX deal. And if you don't like what is being said why are you still around, but only to argue with everyone all the time. Many of us are long... and I'm not quite sure why you would think you are the only long party here that's long or should have an opinion. After the TX deal is another deal or two or three... You seem to have all the answers why not answer your own question your going to anyway.... or argue with anyone that answer's it.
