The sound card is the next MX300 from Diamond. I think that they both have a suggested retail price of $139 - $149 each. Of course, street price will be lower.

My 2d card is an old S3-based chipset and my sound card is an Aztech SB clone. I want to replace both, but I've been thinking of getting a new pentium II (or Celeron - I'm not that much of a power user) motherboard for my case (which is AT, unfortunately). If I upgrade my MB, then I'll want the AGP version of the Banshee, otherwise I'll want the PCI version).
