Well, while I'm not altogether sure about last weeks price hike, I would speculate that today's drop was simply caused by lack of news. Many investors were likely expecting some kind of announcement, and were disappointed when one didn't show. Of course, I could be dead wrong on this, but it certainly seemed that way by the pattern of trades throughout the day, as it became obvious no announcement was forthcoming.

I know you asked Michael on this, but let me throw my 2 cents in there. I have a few friends in Nesbit Burns and have dealt with them extensively. Basically my opinion of them is that they are beneath contempt. You can become a millionaire listening to them only if you start with a few million.

As for the TDFX move, the drop was late by a day. I had every expectation that it would pull back yesterday and was very surprised that it actually broke 13. The reason is that the gods of statistics were against the move. TDFX has now moved 4 standard deviations from its low two weeks ago and is way over due for a rest.

P.S now you know why yesterday half jokingly I said I can't figure out the up move.
