Interesting that they mention the founder of Walmart. What I see here in CA,is Walmart springing up everywhere and punishing poor old Kmart into submission. Target seems to be hanging in there, but not flourishing. Costco just doesn't seem to be affected that much by Walmart even though our nearest Costo has 3 Walmarts within a 20 mile radius. At some point Target may be next to feel the Walmart fallout.
