Mark,
With all due respect I don't think Mr. Vellmers has a whole lot to worry about. I don't particularly care for his type but if he wants to get his subscribers out because he thinks that the SEC is investigating some particular aspect seems to me to be his business and those who subscribe. Who cares. If there is a huge short, then it ain't gonna matter anyway, is it? The company has been on the wrong side of disinformation also as I recall. No one cares about that anymore either, because the only thing that seems to matter right now is the possibility of a bonafide short squeeze. IMO, other than the illegal short position, this company is not exactly in the drivers seat on anything. Let's face it the From 10 thing is getting to be a joke. That doesn't matter either as long as Nutstoo keeps pulling certs and the real float is around 3.3 million as claimed. The only thing that might put a crimp in this as I see it, is if the SEC does find something serious and halts trading, then all bets are off at least until the dust settles.

Mark: Within the letter from the SEC. It states:

Re:In the Matter of Great White Marine and Recreation & In the Matter
of Certain Internet Newsletters.

It obviously talks about two different subjects: 1. newsletters
2. JAWS
It should be understood that during numerous conversations with the
SEC in is easy to conclude that the investigation deals with many facets of JAWS. If you can call the SEC they should readily be able
to expand on what the SEC looks for when companies are under investigation.

I must admit that Mr. Minski I surely do not understand his motive!
He calls me to inform me that in his opinion that JAWS is a scams and
then turns around and informs people that we talked! I really do not
needs this stuff in my life.

As stated before when and if JAWS becomes fully reporting, total shares outstanding are accurate and the SEC investigation is over I have no problem re-visiting this situation. I was attracted by the
numbers initially and that is why we recommended it. You may think that we hype stocks, but that is not true! We only recommend stocks with numbers and estimates from management.

If I did not inform my subscribers of the developments as they came
up then I would have been withholding inside information. Why did all the other "players" hide the fact of SEC involvement?

If you decide to remain civil with our discussion I will answer any other questions that you will have!
