Based on YHOO closing price of $131.5 on 09/29/98

Percentage price change year-to-date 279.8%
Percentage change, last 52 Weeks 424.6%
Price/Earnings Ratio (last 4 quarters) 865.2
Price/Sales Ratio (last 4 quarters) 126.1
Market Capitalization $14.36 billion

I just wanted to post these stats, so everyone can marvel at the delirium that this market has for Internet stocks.

Looks like YHOO wants to go back to $200...then the split, then do it again. Maybe at that point Yahoo Corp could expand into the 3rd floor of the office building they currently are in. I'm presuming they pay rent currently, since they currently list "2nd Floor" as part of their corporate address.

At any rate, September has seen Yahoo stock go up 100%. Not bad for one month. I doubt October will be as kind to Yahoo as Sept has been though.

what's your hurry? why don't you wait for a clear downtrend or at least until after earnings? why do you have to short now, especially when the stock is so strong? you're only adding fuel to the fire.
