Walter,

I have been wrong about a lot of things with this company. But you just nailed what I feel like the biggest fool about.

I can not believe I kissed the Reg-D holders collective behinds in previous posts.
"They are the real investors" Barf!

Isn't their Series-C conversion price determined by the closing bid on five consecutive Wednesday's? They might make thier last stand tomorrow, I guess we will see. I do know that they will run out of play shares eventually if the company can keep delivering...

Steve

p.s. Walter, sorry, lost my spine...

>>> The idea that the private placement purchasers were long term investors has been proven to be 100% pure, unadulterated B.S. <<<<

First thing is that I don't ever remember the Reg D done by the O'Hara management (dare I say team) ever said that the Reg D holders were loyal long time holders. This was desparate cash. In fact the most fortuitous thing that happened to us is that the Prince sold out early and created allot less dilution. The Reg D holders have ceretainly helped kill the stock price and it is in their best interests to continue to do so.
It is my belief that Reg D conversions should be looked at more carefully by the SEC as they pit the interests of Reg D holders opposite of long term shareholders.
It is quite possible that the reg D holders will take another run at the current Price of Ancor but I think current management is doing everything possible to turn around Ancor's momentum.
Walter- In the end you are right -When you see a Reg D financing, run first and ask questions later.I'll be right behind you.
Does anyone have the status of the Series C holders and wasn't there a provision for them not to short. On the other hand, they have to be tempted to convert and go long especially if they believe in the future of the company. It would be one fantastic windfall for them with all those additional shares. They are going to protect their investment first and everything else comes in last. I wonder what Steve Snyder could say to them to convince them to hold on, if that actually turns out to be the case. It would be a feather in his cap if he pulled that rabbit out of a hat.
