What I find most interesting is that the company has no plans on buying back their shares. Apparently, they do not have confidence in themselves. If the company was even half as good as they claim(ed), then these prices would be a gross under valuation of the company. Therefore, only one thing can be concluded: The company must not be macking much money(if at all).

Dick....I agree on one thing. What better way to endorse your company and show the confidence you have in your ability and the company than to receive stock and stock options as compensation for your efforts. But, Randy is a salaried employee. Randy stated a salary committee is being assembled to base salaries on performance, even Arif's. What can we determine from this???

I think Randy is definitely trying to turn the company around. Many of his actions haven't reached us yet, but, I think the wheels are in motion. Randy was straightforward when he said he overestimated sales for 1998 at 100 million to 60-65 million. Would Ira have done this? Ira would have fed us another lie. During my conversations with Randy, a general theme of trimming fat(cutting expenses, streamlining operations) has surfaced. No pie-in-the-sky predictions, no unrealistic expectations, no outstanding promises. Just basic stuff that will increase the bottom line. It's not as "glamorous" as Ira's bullshit, but, it's comforting to know that Randy seems intent on doing the "right" things to turn a profit.
