The thought had crossed my mind before, but I also suspect that it isn't the fee that is keeping him from getting on board. As far as todays thrashing is concerned...odd, WCII usually goes up when the market is down big. Maybe the Nortel announcement is leading some to believe that the CLEC's are not building out, or converting to on-net, at the rate that they should be. Who knows? I'm keeping a little powder dry myself...but if it dips below 20 I might have to indulge myself.
