Well maybe HP had some ideas, but Intel will be the one to bring it to the consumer. Right?

BTW: What is AMD's response to Xeon and Merced. More K7 vaporware? Has AMD thought about this?

Yeah - ain't it great!

I don't know HP's commitment level, probably huge, but I do know that Intel's contribution can be counted in the thousands of engineers. No typo - thousands.

HP team working on McKinley.

Yep - another Intel co-development at Dupont, Washington plant.
