Looks like that the preferred shares will soon disappear and the capital structure of the company can be cleaned up. This should be positive as I don't think the market likes the confusion and perceived overhang of the convertible preferred shares. While this shouldn't affect the company in theory, I think most investors prefer to invest in a company with a simple, clean capital structure where they know what the exact number of shares issued and outstanding are.

From what I hear, the business of the company is going well enough that it is only a matter of time before the stock should respond to improving fundamentals. One step at a time.
