Dear Mike, I don't know if there is room in the kitchen for three players ("two's company, three's a crowd"). I feel LU will certainly be one of the players, as for the other, in the longterm, I believe it will be a survival of the fittest. Yes, CSCO is a young pup with tons of talent, however, when you are the young hotshot, everyone is trying to knock you off your block. With an ASND-LU merger, that would tend to make me believe the two major players for the next 5-10 years will be LU and CSCO, with LU slowly but surely overtaking CSCO's position and becoming the new #1 player in the industry. Just my two cents. Look for "merger Monday" provided market conditions are favorable. Regards, Jamie
