Don't ask me about a good time to buy in such short time frames -- I am really no good at it, unless you are asking me to do the opposite of what I would do.

If so, I would stay away from banks and brokerages:

We might be getting ready to test the recent lows. If so, that would set the market up for a subsequent rally to around 8500 or better.
