Employment contracts were instituted in 1995 along with a shareholder rights plan. Mr. Osten gets 3 times his salary. Mr. Kadlec and Mr. Tabah (is he still there?) gets 2 times their salary. Mr. Horton may have been entitled to a 6 month payment depending on the circumstances of his departure. I would assume that Mr. Zhanhi also had a contract along with all the other new folks.

Takeover may be a better option than rolling termination. At least that way we get it all behind us in one foul swoop.

There was also a shareholder rights plan enacted in Oct/95. Can't find the details but I'm sure you can get them at Edgar or Sedar.
