Laz, that's the best post I have seen here EVER. Excellent summary, logical conclusions. I am printing it for my DGIV Scrapbook now. Cheryl's answers seem to be a good attempt to be responsive. The only totally nonesensical, perhaps even ludicrous, answer, was "using counsel to
review the 10-SB was such an example"..of being responsive to shareholders??? Wow, I thought using a legal counsel was good, common, business sense. Oh well.
