Don GBFE looks like a winner. per the 8K: www4.edgar-online.com the Buyer desires to purchase from the Company, and the Company desires to sell to the Buyer, senior notes of the Company in the aggregate principal amount of up to $25,000,000, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-1 attached hereto (the "Notes"), and the Guarantor desires unconditionally to guarantee (the "Guarantee") all of the Notes; More details in above link. $25 million in Senior Notes are being purchased for investment purposes and insiders have been acquiring shares as I read it.
