No one is below the law either; that seems to be what the issue is. This ridiculous effort to use these high and might abstract reasons to justify what is clearly only a partisan politic entrapment and humilation and talk as if it had anything to do with law is BS. No regular person would ever be put in this position to begin with and no average person is a politician that has to be concerned about the private life becoming public world-wide. The act as if there is nothing unique about the President is such a shame. This logic would then dictate than the President should not get special protection by the Secret Service; after all, he should be treated in ALL respects as just an average citizen.
