Bank of Canada changed intervention policy-dealers

Dealers said a U.S. name was attempting to test the Bank of Canada's resolve as the dollar weakened in the wake of the cut.
"The market and this U.S. name in particular wants to see where the Bank of Canada will come in and start defending the currency
if at all," said John Glover, managing director of foreign exchange trading at Toronto-Dominion Bank in London.

Here goes our dollar again. Wonder how wild the ride will be this time?
