Joe, That is some excellent due diligence you have done, and your logic concerning the reasons certain CC shareholders would want to sell shares of DCI to infuse $$ into their new company makes perfect sense.

Excellent post, Joe. That is one of the most concise explanations, albeit an educated guess, that I have seen on SI. I believe that you have hit the nail squarely on the head. Couple the above with previous assumptions re a revenge factor, and I think the picture is complete. Appreciate the leg work.

Let me add that when I met with the Edge and TIMEWorldCom principals, they were extremely bullish on DCI's future, as in short-term. Of course, I would expect them to be, given their business ties, but my impression was that they were sold on Joe and his ability (and plans) to reach the Final Frontier (Ohio? gggg), and this was a key factor in their hooking up to the DCI train.

Everyone: The trading today is interesting today. We opened with
5 MM's supporting the bid and have had 7,000 shares trade at the bid
and none at the ASK, and yet we still have all 5 MM's still on the
bid.

Joe,

I appreciate your due diligence on this matter of the Zwebners. It makes a good amount of sense to me now that you've explained your theory fully in one post. I think you had mentioned pieces of your supposition before, but for some reason I hadn't put it all together.

Any idea how many DCTC shares these former Cardcall holders were given after being bought by DCTC compared to how many they have now after selling so much?

Again, appreciate the DD.

Grant

Joe and James,

Thank you both again for your lucid overviews.

One of the reasons I "restated" some of these concerns is that several of my friends are new investors to DCTC. All of what you both have stated is worth repeating as it's quite pertinent to our present situation and does quell the anticipatory spirit.

As I was just reminded by Timbo, and you both have pointed out in the past, Zwebner obtained his DCTC shares at .20 and he needs the cash for his company. Even at our pallid .93 at the moment, equating to several hundred percent profit. Sweet for him, bitter for us...at the moment.

Thanks again guys. You're great.

LONG and ONWARD DCTC !!!

George
