flightless,

Velmer probably will not respond, but I will. I phoned my attorney today and made an appointment to discuss the persuit of a legal action against Mr. Velmer. As a stockholder his actions have harmed my interest in JAWS and I personally believe he should be held accountable for his actions. Hopefully, in the persuit of that suit we will get much information from deposition that will clarify once and for all his personal actions, such as how much he bought and when and how much he sold and at what time. Since this is all entwined with his written words in his newletter and what he publicly has stated and confirmed here, all should be open to questioning under oath and recordation. Whether his has been a pump and dump scheme or not should all come out in the open for all to know for sure. If any laws were broken, intentionally or not, should also come out. If the SEC stated they were proceeding as he stated or if that was simply his personal statement should come out.

If any stock holder cares to join in this suit, simpy email me at montana@dancris.com and I will discuss the matter of participation.
