Does the group in this article include FTEL? CAP Got this from Yahoo! Net telephony trade group formed The Voice on Net Coalition has been formed by 22 companies involved in Internet telephony. Coalition leaders said they intend to recommend action on regulation and legislation that affects public policy of the Voice on the Net industry, and to educate regulators, legislators, media and consumers worldwide. Participants include 3COM (COMS), Brooktrout Technology (BRKT), Cisco Systems (CSCO), Dialogic (DLGC), and Intel (INTC). "Regulatory and tax forbearance has made the Internet the success it is," said Tom Evslin, Chair of the VON Coalition's Policy Committee and Chairman of ITXC. "The US is a world leader in preventing regulation and new taxation of Internet commerce, and there is no better example of Internet commerce than an Internet phone call."
