They went from 'Buy" to "Top Pick" !

Question: What is "Top Pick" I never heard of it.

And didn't Merrill Lynce reiterate buy with $40 in maybe a year ?

I was wondering if anyone knew if they closed that smaller still remaining WX sale yet ? I thought there was a WX unit noted in CBS' last 8/14/98 SEC 10-Q that was supposed to close by the end of the 3rd qtr. I assume the nuclear was expected to close end of 4th ? But in a Yahoo news item the USA company Morrison Knudsen Corporation involved in that British deal reported earnings and in that Yahoo news item indicates that the nuclear is expected to close sometime in '99. I had thought that it would close in late '98. Which is it ?

Darkgreen : What happened to our Beancounter ? Do you reckon
he took offense at our asking for the reasons for his statement.
However he may be working up his figures - and will enlighten us shortly.
