Thanks Wren. Those results are certainly better than I anticipated, especially for the recent time frame, with the likes of CPPKY, FFS, LSI, and other major losers in his portfolio. I wonder how Hulbert makes his calculations. If an advisor keeps recommending a stock as its price falls, does Hulbert keep adjusting down the recommended price, or does he stick with the original price at the time it was first recommended? I don't know, but naturally that would affect the reported results a lot. Also, if the results were taken as of late July that coicided with the market peak and it would be interesting to know where Dessauer's ranking stands now, although I realize that all advisors who were fully invested in stocks have suffered.
