LOl
You are right....but...just keep it down.
You know these guys. They tend to CHEW on anything you say. Next thing you know...you will be accused of hyping this.
They will even make a big deal about PM's(which obviously they don't have a clue on), email, Cease and desist....etc. They even try to get personal by bashing the University I graduated from.....It's too deep for them to understand it. LOL

What does that tell you....I just IGNORE them.
Some of them has an I.Q of a turtle. They can't figure things out, even if its in English. Maybe Janice can translate it for them in Italian or something....LOL. And people wonder why I LOL always.
All this for just one "lousy" stock thats worth 1.375. There must be something in there, for it gets so much attention.

Time will tell.

Please explain to me why JB Oxford is forced to do anything if they are not even a defendant in the lawsuit.

jb oxford is clearinghouse for all parties named in suit. they try to cover with 144 stock. there was stop transfer at transfer agent. they attempt to transfer anyway the 4.480,000 shares of 144 stock. the transfer agent is forced to resign because of this. now jb oxford bring 2.5 million share short with them to court.
