small caps are extremely cheap if you know which ones to pick. i am almost exclusively in small to mid caps. having said that, the big boy stocks that everyone owns are WAY overvalued - even now - and that when everyone that owns them decide it is time to sell there will be nobody to sell to as they ALL want out. shoot them all and let god sort them out is the mentality. i expect them to go even lower but i'd like to be surprised and see value become important instead of liquidity. i gave up relying on rationality, though.
