The real numbers are in the quarterly reports. In the first quarter CLCK earned 3 cents. In the second CLCK earned 5 cents. I expect this pattern of growth to continue. CLCK is a fully reporting company. We will see plenty of details once the 10K is filed with Edgar.

I talked to Ken Klotz yesterday and he said, per their agreement with ABN, they cannot make any disclosure as to the price paid, numbers, etc until the due dilligence is completed with ABN. The dd consists of going to the ABN site and doing audits and making sure that what CLCK is buying is really there. This should take about 3 to 4 weeks. Once this is done, Ken told me there would be another press release stating numbers, purchase price, etc. Hope this helps. You may want to call Ken yourself, the phone number is 915-674-3100. I've always felt the best way to get specific answers is to find them out myself and talk to the people who are in the know, give him a call, he's always been a strait shooter with me.
