Thanks for the pointer on biotech patent law. Found it very interesting. A few humble comments... I'm seeing the first signs of biotech sector (even small caps) being pushed by several media. Lots of junk mail with biotech...the next mega drugs etc. Even saw CNN run a clip on Jay Silverman (not the smart Sepracor/MLNM Silverman) where he was pounding the table. Not sure if he works for Schroder or Robbie Stevens B.A. Could mean the pump is being primed for a rally, say Jan '99 ? A sneek question if anyone can help: If a company is working on a safer analogue of a drug that's been around for years, is it true that the time for trials and approval can or will be shortened. Know of any cases ? Hope to contribute a ten bagger some day... I have a few second tiers that have gone down by a factor of ten. Can they go up by the same % :-) Management, management, management ... Rick, finally beginning to understand what you have been saying. Dave
