Pistol,
You are right. The SEC does not stop trading on a whim. That's why I said all bets are off if they do. I don't know one way or the other what to believe. But I do continue to think that Nutstoo has the single greatest ability to influence the direction of the share price by continuing to pull certs. All the others even though together own more are a hit a miss proposition when it comes to pulling certs. It's time to wring out the truth in this stock one way or the other IMO.

This is true -- unless the company has been selling stocks out the back door without discloser? We must at least realize this as a possibility.

Colin did it once before. I remember calling Scott @ Sitra when the float grew from just over 2 million to 3.3 million. Even Scott was surprised and had to call Colin to find out what was up. At the time Colin made the decision, because Jaws needed money and he thought the price was right. (Does anyone else remember this -- and what price did he sale them for?)

Also we must remember that Colin denied the bankruptcy until the document hit the internet -- Scott @ Sitra -- was again surprised. Maybe Scotts statement -- unless wrong doing is found against Jaws officers (paraphase) -- is his own way of covering his but with a guy who has surprised him in the past.

I'm sorry for being a bit negative here but -- please understand that there are no sure things now-a-days (never have been). Don't put money at risk you can't afford to loose. I personally have sold all but 4000 shares today. The 4000 will stand no matter what!!!

GOOK LUCK TO ALL -- JUST PROTECTING MY PRINCIPLE! GAMES OVER WHEN ITS GONE - :o(
