Clamenza, Your right, not having to worry about the series F shares being sold into us now and also not having all of those shares in our outstanding at the end are both positives. There are groups that look for opportunities to short a stock ahead of the release of large numbers of shares such at this, and I think that it's quite possible (but as yet unconfirmed as far as I know) that this could have been a factor in the performance of our stock. Right now I am hoping that this is the case, since those shorters could at some point become buyers. James
