Dear Duke,

If there has ever been a clearer case of an OVERREACTION, it is in LU. I think trader would look at a major acquisition, ASND, as very positive.

Alex Brown usually has a lot of pull, however, the slide in the market is surely helping there cause.

Take two Tylenol and call me in the morning, I will be sipping my Mylanta all day unless we get some help.
