Bruce, what has history shown when the NYSEBP heads back down near the 30% range after a major low in it had already taken place? Now I'm not trying to second guess the almighty here...just wondering.

Also...isn't the NYSEBP a mis-nomer since it actually includes some NAZ stocks? Or am I out to lunch on that one??<ggg...>

Shouldn't it be renamed the MKTBP or something if this is the case?
