What a shocker kids. Time Warner has selected Seachange at the "FIRST" video server vendor for their Pegasis system test at an undisclosed location. They signed an MOU. I tried to prepare the thread that this was likely to happen for the same reasons that SFA announced the deal with Seachange first. The whole cable industry knows them. CCUR should be second on the announce list and this will put pressure on other cable companies to announce their plans and vendors.

Port-mgr, if this is in fact how the president's message reads, then the company has screwed up big time. They know that everyone and their brother has been waiting for an announcement on the selection of ccur by one of the cable companies and to let the shareholders find out about this by reading about it in a chat room is deplorable. I would suspect that some people knew about this early and that is what moved the stock yesterday. Most of us will not get our annual reports for weeks. Anyone who sold yesterday, before the move should be pissed.

If the president's message reads as you posted, the company should get a press release out ASAP, because right now the only people who know about this are the selected few who got early access to the annual report and those that read SI on a timely basis.
